1,Instruction:

Inner dia of air pipe 19mm3,Collect usage:
1.Fix the machine on the work desk, also may install in the linearity board place.
2.The machine should be cleaned before using. When it is used far away from compressor, it should be collocated with lubricating device on the pipeline. Used among the 20 meters of the pipeline of compressor, usually need oiling when it begins to work, and oiling once in every 1-2 hours, and infect 0.5 ml of 10# or 20# oil.
3.The work air pressure is 0.4-0.5Mpa.
4.Clean the sound-absorption cushion of exhaust cover periodically, and promise the air circulation of the exhaust is fluent.
5.Finish working, stop the drill, take apart the air pipe and smear anti-rusty oil in it.
4,Replace Grinding Wheel
1.Use two spanners, one press the flat mortise on the left of shaft, the other tightens the combine nut of grinding wheel , then get down the clamping piece, filling piece and grinding wheel
2.Reverse process as above. That is equipping grinding. The nut holding of grinding should be screw down moderately.
5,Remove Familiar Trouble Way

6,Notice:
1.Protect grinder from hammering and hitting.
2.Can not use drill without the grinder cover.
3.Can not use drill without the connection ( No.33 )
4.When start the machine, keep away from the grinder wheel cutting the plane. Avoid the split of the broken grinder wheel from bringing hurt.

5.To connect15-20 meter with φ19mm vent-pipe in the vent, can reduce the noise in the work place.
6.The dismantling and assembling of machine must be done by the professional expert who is qualified after the technology training.
