Air heat exchanger
Also called air heat exchanger or radiating calandria, the air radiator is a main device of the heat exchangers using a cold medium and a heat medium for air cooling or heating. It can heat air if fed with high-temperature water, steam or heat transfer oil, or cool air if fed with salt water, so it is extensively used in the warm-air heating, air-conditioning, cooling, condensing, dehumidifying and drying in fields such as light industry, architecture, chemical industry, machinery, textile, printing and dyeing, electronics, food, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgy, wood, plastics, rubber, etc.
SRZ air heater can be used for the air heating purpose of both steam systems and hot water systems. It is mainly used for the air heating of warm-air heating system, air-conditioning systems and drying devices. As a main part of air heating devices, it is widely used in the heating and ventilation systems of the large buildings of present industrial and mining enterprises.
The heat medium of the air radiator may be steam, hot water or heat transfer oil. The operating pressure of steam is 0.2 MPa to 1.6MPa; the temperatures of hot water and heat transfer oil are about 70ºC to 150ºC and 160ºC to 300ºC respectively.
