Description of Structure
It consists of furnace body steel structure, force air cooling fan, blowing chamber, inner roller conveyor, driving device, door, and etc.
2. Steel Structure
It adopts formed steel and steel plate and welded together.
Furnace steel structure divides roof steel structure, furnace wall steel structure, and plate of furnace port. Furnace roof steel structure is made of [14# channel steel and steel plate (thickness: Q235 δ5mm) and welded together. Seam between formed steels is continuously welded and seam between formed steel and steel plate adopts rivet-spot-welding method.
Side steel structure is made of [12# channel steel and steel plate (thickness: Q235δ5mm) and welded together. The welding method is same with furnace roof.
To improving heat resistance, furnace port adopts Q235 steel plate(thickness:5mm) and rivet-spot-welded with formed steel structure.
Furnace steel structures are partially fabricated at the Seller's shop. So it is easy to transportation and installation. All pieces are assembled at the Buyer's factory. Such kind of structure has high rigid, novelty appearance, reliable and free of deformation. Etc. Overall outer surface is coated with three layers of anti-rust paint. Inner layer is performed with anti-rust paint. Outer layer is sprayed with high-temperature aluminum paint.
1.3 Roller Conveyor Inside Furnace :
It is made of Ф160 x 6 mm high intensity seamless pipes which provide adequate strength and a normally working condition under high temperature. Each roller is mounted with two adjustable bearing and fixed on furnace body; level of roller can be adjusted. Roller is driven by sprocket and chain. For sake of flexible and reliable rotating the expansion system of roller is carefully considered.
To ensure roller conveyor has adequate loading capacity, distance between rollers is around 290mm, length of inner roller conveyor is 700mm, width is 1700mm. Bearing capacity of one roller is about 650Kg, and each basket is supported by3~4 pieces of rollers.
