Working Pincipal
This purifier use hydrogen which is provided by water electrolysis, cylinder or PSA hydrogen equipment as original
resource. Through gas / liquid separator. catalyzing deoxidization, drying and filtering aspirating, this hydrogen purifying
equipment can generatehighpurityhydrogen.
This equipment applies multiple circular procedure so called parallel connection with two absorption drying tanks. Since one tank starts to absorb, the other tank will prepare for work while drying molecular sieve in the other tank for continued working. The four-way valve can be set as manual or automatic and remote control also can be set according to the client'srequirement.
Apply Scope
C series hydrogen purifier mainly focus on the needs of clients for high purity hydrogen. It suits for any pressured hydrogen after a long distance delivery which the purity and dew point can not meet the requirement. Through CHC hydrogen purifier, the hydrogen purity can reach to 99.9999% and dew point up to -75ºC.
Structure Characteristics
I. We apply only one four-way valve to replace more than ten traditional valves which cause high fault rate while surging tank.
II. Condensate water in the system can be automatically released without any independent control. Ill. The purity of hydrogen outlet reaehes to 99.9999%. the hydrogen dew point down to -75ºC .
