Features
1. Screw Compressor
The units use latest asymmetric tooth profile(the third generation), ensure high volumetric
efficiency and energy saving.
High-efficiency oil separator can separate over 99.7% of oil .
The rotor runs smoothly with small vibration and low noise.

Four level regulating system.Semi hermetic design has no shaft seal leakage problem
which can improve the reliability.
2. Shell and Tube Evaporator
The units use shell and tube evaporators and multipath design to improve the heat
exchange efficiency.
The enhanced tube increases the evaporation efficiency by 20% than normal type.
U-type heat exchange tube can be pulled out, repaired and maintained easily.
3. Microcomputer controller
10' touch screen, RS485 available.
Real-time display of parameters.
Our control system can be operated remotely. Our technicians can sit in our office and monitor and repair the units on site. And customer can control the system on computer
or on the phone with our APP.
4. Stable security and reliable
Water flow rate, pressure, voltage, anti-freezing, compressor overload and overheat,
phase order protections ensure high reliability and stability.
The units with multi-compressors can calculate the runtime of each compressor automatically
and balance the worktime of compressors to extend service life.
Each compressor has separate system which can improve the system safety.
5. Patented design
The shell and tube exchangers use helical baffles patented design technology: circulating
water flows along helical curve, no dead zone, high heat transfer coefficient, strong
anti-freezing performance.
The unit uses intelligent defrosting patented design technology with the dual control
of temperature and humidity.

6. Low noise
Advanced compressor provides small vibration and low noise.
Big fan blade and low-speed fan ensures low running noise.
