Fully welded plate air cooler is mainly composed of heat exchanger core, air passage, spraying device, fan, base and support. It combines the advantages of plate heat exchanger and wet evaporative air cooler. It is a new type of efficient air cooler, which solves the problems of low material cooling efficiency and large refrigerant consumption, and is widely used in modern refining. Oil, chemical, power, nuclear and metallurgical industries.

Product characteristics:

1. The heat transfer element is stainless steel plate, and the turbulent flow can be formed under very low Reynolds number by the plate-to-plate internal self-disturbance structure, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient. The efficiency of heat exchanger is 2-3 times of that of ordinary finned tube air-cooling.

2. The compactness of fully welded plate wet air cooling is about 220 m2/m3, which is much larger than that of tubular air cooling at 78 m2/m3.

3. Under the same heat transfer area, the fully welded plate air cooler is small in size and light in weight, which can greatly save the installation space and cost of users'equipment.

4. The unique spray evaporation structure makes use of the phase change heat of the fluid and greatly improves the heat transfer capacity.
