(2) Operation processPut the wedge form onto wedge inserting tooling, press start button to start cutting and inserting wedge. Put the wedge form onto coil inserting tooling, and then press start button, wedge will automatically be inserted into the tooling. The unload the wedge form. Put the winding form onto the coil inserting tooling. Manually push the wire to the bottom. Then take out the winding form Put positioner into coil inserting tooling.Then load stator(after slot paper inserted) into the coil inserting tooling.Press start button, coil winding machine will automatically do coil and wedge inserting process. Unload stator after finishing the whole process.
