Performance characteristicsThis machine is controlled by industrial computer, it can cut upvc profile in 45°,90°,and also cut V-notch , mullion profile, once clamping can cut four profiles, in one day can cut about 4000 ~ 6000pcs of profile.It is composed by feeding unit, cutting unit and discharge unit.1.Feeding unitAuto feeding unit can transport 4-8 pcs of upvc profile to feeding manipulator, save time, save labor and high efficiency.Feeding manipulator is driven by servo motor and precision screw rack, movingSpeed is fast, the precision of the repeated positioning is high.Equipped with straightening device for the profile, and greatly improve the cutting accuracy of profile.Optimized cutting function: Can cut profile in a more cost-effective way according to the working list.2.Cutting unitEquipped with waste output unit, it can transmit cutting waste to waste-containers, could protect the working environment.Adopts an organ style dust cover in the top of machine, could reduce the powder and noise pollution in the process of cutting the profiles.Cut 45°and 90°in a fixed way, improve the accuracy of cutting.
