1.Product Description
This equipment adopts the film-type or bag-type vacuum transfer printing; the surface of the product after the transfer has very realistic wood grain, marble and other processing effects, so that the production of wood grain texture is clear, strong three-dimensional, and more able to reflect Wood grain natural feeling. It's mainly suitable for heat transfer of plastics or metal surfaces that have been treated by spraying, baking, electrophoresis, etc. Moreover, the surface of the treated product has excellent properties of lightfastness, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. Can be kept in the outdoors for many years without discoloration. Equipped with two trolley, they can work staggered with each other; they are easy to operate and greatly improve production efficiency.
Product application
The product is widely used in high-grade metal aluminum alloy window, metal decorative panels, security doors, metal molded doors, aluminum profiles, metal ceilings, curtain rails and other surface thermal transfer decoration.
Production process
After powder coating- check aluminum profile quality- preheating inside furnace- cut bags - loading profiles - cover with grain paper - cover with high temperature band - load aluminum profile on vacuum rack- make vacuum- check every piece - feeding into furnace and transfer - unloading aluminum profile and turn off vacuum- opposite blower- take off film or paper - inspect - packaging - send to store
Temperature rise inside furnace
The empty furnace is set at 165-190°C. Make sure the furnace is quickly heated and kept at a constant temperature for not less than 0.5 hours. The operation table is heated together with the furnace for 10 minutes before exiting and being loaded profiles, to reduce the temperature difference of furnace body.
Cover with paper
According to the aluminum area size, cut the paper bag. Put the aluminum profile into the paper bag. Generally, high-temperature bag is about one-third bigger than after vacuuming.Place the profile on the cut bag and packing and edge banding
Loading material
(1)The operator must ensure that the hands are free of dirt or wear clean gloves, and the profiles must be tested as qualified products.
(2) Lay the profile flat on the shelves, the distance between the profiles is determined by the size of the profile. Profiles cannot overlap one another on the shelves. The gap between the profiles must be guaranteed so that the workpiece can fully contact the grain paper.
(3)The suction tube on the processing bed cannot touch the workpiece and can only be placed on the end of the profile
Make Vacuum
Slowly open the vacuum switch, maintain the air pressure is at 0.01 to 0.02 MPa. At the same time, the wrinkles on the upper and lower parts of the profile need to be sorted, and the concave parts of the workpiece should be kept open by hand to ensure that the grain paper completely and tightly adhere to the profile, and then increase the pressure to 0.04 ~ 0.07MPa
Feeding into furnace and transfer
Open the furnace door, let worktable with the profile enters the transfer furnace, set and the transfer temperature at 165~185°C for 7~15 minutes. (Temperature and time may vary depend on the wood grain paper process requirements.)
Unloading

When time is up, turn off the vacuum switch, and start the reverse blower to make the high temperature belt bulge, turn off the reverse blower. And after the product is automatically released, open the cover air pressure switch and lift out the finished profile.
Remove paper and inspect
Remove the paper on the profile in time to allow it to cool quickly. Check the quality of the wood grain transfer in all parts of the profile and cross-check with the swatch

I.What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine?
For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days; middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60 days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months.
