Automatic auto extract for cold chamber die casting machine (160t-3000t)
1.The main parts and electrical components applied are all imported parts, with low failure rate and long service life, (such as JAPAN NSK bearing, JAPAN SMC or JAPAN CKD, U.S.A. ACE buffer, JAPAN KOYO encoder and JAPAN photoelectric switch, and the Taiwan SHINE linear slide rail and Taiwan CPG reducer etc.
2.Applying multi-link vertical plane motion type arm, with high carrying capacity, suitable for using in large die casting machine. Applying imported decelerating motor, Mitsubishi PLC and Taiwan frequency converter control, stable and no-impact high-speed running
3.Due to applying decelerating motor driving arm PLC and frequency converter control, so that the arm can stand-by at any point within its stroke range (before the mould opening, the arm go forward in advance to the edge of mould waiting), which effectively shorten the take out cycle and improve productivity
4.Applies English HMI touch screen, can conveniently set up a variety of parameters, real-time monitor the machine state and with failure self-diagnosis and display function, which allow convenient operation and maintenance
5.Work independently, or connect with die casting machine, ladle unit, spray unit to form an integral fully automatic equipment
6.Japan's absolute value encoder is applied, which made the adjustment of arm position realizing digitization
7.May stand-by at the edge of mould, greatly improved productivity.
