Electric heating system:

2. Heating system
The furnace is installed with 6 heaters, bilateral wiring, to ensure the temperature of aluminum soup; The heating of the heater will be automatically adjusted by SCE and the SCR will be controlled by the output ratio of the thermostat. The operation sequence and principle are as follows:
2-1 close the air switch (power switch), open the control circuit switch, the control circuit is energized, the furnace, aluminum liquid temperature controller shows the current temperature, and then set the required temperature;
2-2 turn on the heater switch, and the heater starts to work. If the current temperature of the furnace and aluminum liquid is set by the light rain, the heating indicator will be on, the contactor will suck in, and the heater will start to heat up;
2-3 when the heater works and the temperature rises, and the current temperature of furnace and aluminum liquid exceeds the set temperature, the over-temperature indicator light will be on and the heater will automatically stop working.
2-4 In the heating process, the larger the difference between the setting temperature and the current temperature, the larger the output current, the smaller the difference, and the smaller the output current.
