Product Introduction:
It has excellent machinability, excellent weldability and excellent anodic oxidation effect.
(1) 6063 Aluminium alloy. The main alloying elements are magnesium and silicon, which have excellent processability, excellent weldability, extrusion and plating properties, good corrosion resistance, toughness, easy polishing, coloring film, excellent anodic oxidation effect, and are typical extrusion alloys.
6063 Aluminium alloy profiles are widely used in building profiles, irrigation pipes, pipes for vehicles, benches, furniture, elevators, fences and other pipes, bars and profiles for their good plasticity, moderate heat treatment strength, good welding performance and gorgeous color after anodic oxidation treatment.
(2) 6063 belongs to low alloyed Al-Mg-Si high plastic alloys.
It has many valuable characteristics:
1. Heat treatment strengthening, high impact toughness, insensitive to notches.
2. The weldability and corrosion resistance are excellent, and there is no tendency of stress corrosion cracking. Among the heat-treated strengthened aluminium alloys, Al-Mg-Si alloy is the only one without stress corrosion cracking.
3. After processing, the surface is very smooth and easy to be anodized and colored. The disadvantage is that after quenching, if parked at room temperature for a period of time, the strength will be adversely affected in aging (parking effect).
Typical application:
6063 Aluminium alloy is widely used in the frame of building aluminium doors, windows and curtain walls. In order to ensure that doors, windows and curtain walls have high wind pressure resistance, assembly performance, corrosion resistance and decoration performance, the comprehensive performance requirements of aluminium alloy profiles are far higher than the industrial profile standards.
