Q1: Are you a Trading Company or Manufacturer?
A1: We are a MANUFACTURER with more than 13 years for SKYLIGHT since 2005 in China. Our management tenet is “quality first and service foremost”.
Q2: How about your Lead Time?
A2: Within 35-45 working days, it depends on the customized design, skylight type and design on color etc.
Q3: What about your MOQ?
A3: It will differ depending upon the type of skylight, from 1 SQM to 30 SQM.
Q4: Do you accept customized design and size?
A4: Sure, skylights are high customized goods, we will customized the size and opening type according to the customer requirements and the opening dimensions.
Q5: Do you provide Sample?
A5: Yes, it is available, but need to charge for sample cost and freight fee.
Q6: What's your payment terms?
A6: T/T: 50% of total value as deposit, 50% as balance should be paid before shipment. L/C or other payment term can be negotiated.
Q7: What is your color available?
A7: Our standard Colors are sand grey, sand brown, sand white and silvery grey, Other Colors also available but need more time and a bit cost.
Q8: How do you quote price ,per ton or per square meter?
A8: We provide pricing per square meter.
Q9: How do you charge mould fees?
A9: In case need to open new moulds for your order, but the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certian amount.
