By ACL Staticide is a one component abrasion resistant water based durable system designed for superior anti-static protection of interior concrete floors in electronics manufacturing, assembly and ESD protected areas. Surface resistivity measures 106 - 108 ohms per square average. It is an economical alternative to ESD tile that will save in material and labor costs. It is trouble free to install and maintain, and with its rich viscosity, it offers even distribution of conductive material and supreme coverage and a nice looking sheen. It is formulated with the finest high tech materals for consistent static protection.

APPLICATION METHOD
Trowel and brush.
STORAGE SHELF LIFE
Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.
NOTE
1. Mix base and hardener according to mixing ratio and stirthoroughly then
use completelyin five minutes.
2. Adhered moisture, grease, dirt, rusts and corrosive salts onsubstrate must
be cleanedthoroughly.
3. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or humidityabove 85% RH,
particularly a wetsurface must bethoroughly dried.
4. All equipments must be cleaned immediately after use.
5. When directly apply on the surface of cement products,the surface must be
completelydried.
6. When overcoating interval is exceeded, the paint filmmust be roughened to
insureadhesion.
