This production line is a rust-proof paper coating production line,is designed for the production of anti-rust coated paper production and design.

Unwinding extrusion → coating paper→corona treatment →printing→rewinding.

determined by the use of materials and manufacturing process conditions).

3)Extruder temperature control: PLC central control, human-machine interface operation and

display, temperature range of 0 to 400,Accuracy of ± 1 ºC

4)Coating method: dipping roll extrusion shape

5)Coating weight: 10-30g/m2

6)Printing roller: ¢ 450 x 3100mm

7)Printing: Flexographic printing monochrome

8)Drying method: oil heating roller ¢ 800 x 3100/4

14)Drive motor: AC inverter motor, induction motor and gear motors.

180-250kw).
