Product Introduction:

WPC wall panel is made of wood fiber and recycled plastic, the finished products obtained nice appearance of solid wood, also the same touching. It's widely used in:
1) Outdoor project--park flooring, swimming pool decking, outdoor chair, flower boxes, pavilion etc.
2) Yard facility--garden flooring, fencing, log cabin etc.

The G&T WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE outdoor decking / flooring / tile / wall panel we produced is made of

= 50% wood fiber (Professionally treated dry wood fiber)

= 40% HDPE (Grade A Recycled HDPE)

= 10% chemical additives like Anti-UV agent, Anti-oxidation agent, stabilizers, colorants, anti fungus agent, coupling agent, reinforcing agent, lubricants...etc.

The Installation:
Correct way of installation is very important. Please double check our installation guide before doing your project.
1) Always leave space (5 -7mm ) between 2 boards, or between board and wall.
2) Where there are 2 board ends meet, put 2 pcs of keels under each board end.
3) Keep the space of 2 keels at 28 -35cm .
4) Do not use glue to install.
5)The length is better shorter than 3.0m. If the length is longer than 3.0m, please leave suitable space according to wpc Shrinkage
Product Process:
The main process is as following: Mixing, Granulation,Extrusion And then there will be embossing/sanding and cutting to complete. We can embossed natural wood texture, and cut them into different length.

1. How Is The Packing Of The WPC?
Now, we will use steel pallets for packing due to easily for unloading. Moreover, for special orders, we will use iron band for packing and air bags to prevent packing falling.
2. Will color fade because of weathering?
Unlike real wood, our products have great color fastening performance. The color will just fade a little at the beginning of three months, and then the color will become very stable for later application

3. Are these WPC products easy to install?
