Class 100 ESD garment is made of 98% polyester and 2% conductive fiber. The conductive silk diameter is 5mm or 2.5mm grid for choices. Which can transmit the static electronic from the human body to the ground for avoiding the static evens. The material is smooth , light and washable. Wear easily and comfortable .It has high effective antistatic and dustproof function. Class 100 requires the ESD garment particles in one set ( diameter is more than 0.5um) less than 1200 pieces. It widely applys to the fields of electronic industry,optical instrument, pharmaceutical , microbiology engineer ,precise instrument etc. ESD garment has four types like coverall , separate suit ,grown and jacket etc. Usually it matchs mask ,hat,sleeve and shoes cover .
