China Ash Cooling Equipment for CFB Boiler in Coal Fired Power Plant

LGT series slag cooler is used to cool the hot slag (about 950 ºC) of CFB boiler. The slag temperature is generally not more than 150 ºC after cooling.
The cooling mode of slag cooler is mainly water cooling, supplemented by air cooling. The most suitable cooling water is softened water. Generally, the steam turbine condensate can be used. Industrial water is easy to scale, and scale will seriously affect the cooling effect of slag, so the temperature of the water should not be greater than 50 ºC, and the scale should be removed in time.
The drum diameter of slag cooler is φ 800mm, φ 1000mm, φ 1200mm, φ 1500mm and φ 1800mm, 2000mm etc and its length is not fixed, usually related to its output, slag discharge temperature and limited distance between the inlet and outlet.
The slag cooler is divided into left type and right type according to the location of the driving motor: when facing the outlet of the slag cooler, the motor on the left side is left type, and the roller is right-handed; the motor on the right side is right type, and the roller is left-handed.
The model of slag cooler is LGT-n x L. Where n is the output (T / h), l is the distance between the inlet and outlet (mm), and L is usually omitted.
This manual is applicable to LGT series drum slag cooler, but the shape and structure of the product shall be subject to the actual supply due to the fast update of the product.
