Crack sealing and crack filling are methods which can be used to repair these cracks in pavement surfaces. The cause of the crack and its activity play a dominant role in determining the success of crack sealing or filling operations.
The small joint filling machine adopts a liquefied gas heating system and circulating heat transfer oil to quickly melt the asphalt or joint filling glue. The pressure of the asphalt pump is discharged from the discharge port to achieve the effect of crack treatment. Through the pressure injection type of grouting, the material and the joint wall are closely combined, and the flexible universal wheel can track the cracks, so that the grouting effect is beautiful. As the joint filling material uses asphalt or joint filling glue, it is easy to solidify when the temperature is low. The joint filling machine is equipped with a gasoline generator to provide power.
