Crack Sealing Machine Features:
The temperature can be set. After the generator set works, the whole machine is energized, and the information collected by the thermocouple is compared with the set temperature. If the temperature difference is large, the relay switch is closed, the burner automatically ignites, and the heat transfer oil is conducted to the potting in the kettle When the glue is heated, the temperature will rise slowly; when the temperature of the information collected by the thermocouple is close to 90% of the set value, the relay is disconnected and the burner does not work. This automatic control process will keep the rubber in the kettle at a constant temperature.
The heat transfer oil is located at the inner circumference and bottom of the kettle, so that the heating is balanced and the rubber is not easy to carbonize.
