9. power coating for steel parts and drawbenching, polishing for stainless steel material
10.combustion testing (twice ) before packing

Step One:
Test the thermocouple, ignition wire, copper valve, pilot igniton tube , anti-tilt switch and so on ensure the quality of burner's funtion well. No failure for ignition.seline;">Step Two:
After the stainless flame screen assembled, test the flame and piezo igniton again.
Step Three:
Gas leak detection after the burner connect the gas supply pipe.

A For sample orders or small trial order to check the quality or market response , the lead time within one week.
For decent orders , it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
The normal lead time is within 10-15 days for mushroom heaters , 15-30 days for pyramid , round glass tube flame heaters etc.
