It is composed of oil refining vessel, bleaching drying vessel, deodorizing vessel, soap stock vessel, crystallizing tank, filter, thermal oil boiler, vacuum system and freezing machine. Through degumming, deacidification, bleaching, dewaxing and deodorization.
There are three types of the equipment, discontinuous type (less than 50 t/d), semi-continuous type (20-80 t/d) and full continuous type (more than 30 t/d). The technology and equipment can be selected as required by production scale of the customer and oil grades.
