Purified water system

Breif introduction:
According to the customer's original water report and water supply, Shanghai Medigrade Industry CO.,LTD is required to provide a full range of purified water equipment. According to the different configurations of water and water supply, Chinese pharmacopoeia (CP2010), American pharmacopoeia (UsP34) and European pharmacopoeia (EP7) are required to regulate purified water or high purity water.
Features:

1.Modular design, compact structure.

2.The system can choose hot disinfection RO film and thermal disinfection EDl, to achieve the full system online hot water disinfection

3.Double softener, valve group can be achieved in series operation, alternating regeneration. Each water softener has 100% water supply capacity.

4.A stainless steel tube is used to draw the pipe directly to avoid welding.

5.The connection between the pipe and the parts can use oxygen to protect the automatic track welding to ensure the quality of the welding.

6.Control system: using PLC automatic control technology, can provide all kinds of communication mode, 21 CFR PART11 operating system. Automatic control system can conform to GAMP5

7.Record mode: it can choose the paperless recorder to realize the unrecorded mode, and also can record the parameters in real time with the paper recorder.
