Cassava garri is very common in many countries especially Nigeria, Indonesia, and some other South African countries. Zhengzhou Sida company developed new production process and technology to obtain high quality garri from cassava.
The production flow of cassava garri making includes washing and peeling--grinder--(fermentation)--dehydration--frying--sieving--packaging. Besides all machine contact part is stainless steel, which can meet the quality of food production.

1. Lifter, washing and peeling section:
The fresh cassava roots transported by the conveyor into the feeder of the cleaning machine, then cleaning and peeling machine will remove the dirt and other foreign matters completely, and then the cleaning cassava in a temporary storage hopper into the next procedurethe grinding and rasping section automatically. There are several kinds of washing and peeling machine in Sida Machinery, such as paddletype washing and peeing machine, inclined squirrel cage washing and peeling machine, brushing type washing and peeling machine. When the three kinds of washing and peeling machine allbe used, the washing and peeling efficiency will be higher.

2. Cassava Grating section:
The grinding is the most important part of cassava flour extraction.sida adopts advanced cassava primary grinder with high efficiency.
After the cassava slurry can be reached 80-200mesh, and the grinding mesh can be adjustable. the flour extracting rate is about 30%.

3. Dehydration Section:

According to local habit, the grating cassava can be fermentation or not. Then cassava slurry need to be dehydration. The main flour dehydration machine has press dehydration machine and belt dehydration machine. The press dehydration machine is used for small capacity, while belt dehydration machine is used for large capacity. These two kind of machine is easy operate, and all machine contact part is stainless steel, which can meet the quality of food production. After dehydration, the moisture is about 45%.

4. Frying Section:
The most important machine is garri processing is the garri frying machine. We are the professional manufacturer in cassava equipment with many years experience in China.
The garri frying machine we designed has the following advantages:
1. Heating: direct flame heats the bottom of the pot, which is automatic ignition, and the flame size can be adjustable.
2. Using ring heating burners with automatic flame detector, which is safe and reliable with high degree of automation.
3. Using unique scraping bottom technology, which make a full contact between the spatula and the bottom of the pot; Stiring without dead ends. It can to solve the high-viscosity phenomenon that materials stick pan or paste pot.
4. Pot overall insulation to control heat evaporation and save energy.

5. Packaging section:
After frying the finished garri moisture is about 13%, which can be stored directly.
The packing mahcine can pack garri into 5-50kg/bag. The whole operate is easy and saving labors.
