China Automatic Blister Cartoning Packaging Line

This packing line combined the blister packing machine and the cartoning machine, It is widely used for packing tablets, capsules and other similar shape solid articles with alu-plastics blister and put the blister pack into the carton further in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries. The machine can finish the following actions automatically: Plastic (PVC) blister forming, automatic material feeding, PTP alu-foil press and heat-sealing, press the batch number & perforation and punching.
Automatic folding (1~4 folding) and conveying of manual leaflet, automatic material categorizing and feeding, automatic paper carton spreading, manual leaflet and material are loaded into carton automatically, synchronous (3-row) batch number printing, automatic paper carton sealing, automatic waster eliminating.

1. Safe automatic protection function such as on-line detection and monitoring, overloading protection & alarm, failure diagnosis indication & automatic stop etc.
2. Perfect mechanical driving strength, working status of each part is viewable for maintenance, easy to change the spare parts.
3. Adopt PLC +touch screen control system, has automatic counting & speed regulation function, also can indicate the trouble cause, it's easy to operate and maintain.
4. Has the function of switching of program control that combined speed ratio sensors of function parts, encoders and motors. It can realize various specification products packaging in specified ranges in same machine via regulation and change some spare parts less.
