a) It uses printer type feeder with speed up to 12000pieces/hour

c) Vacuum Sorption Table



i. Vacuum sorption convey with good stability
ii. Vacuum sorption table is up to 2600mm*1100mm to ensure the sheet flatness.
iii. Conveying platform is steel plate with thickness of 25mm. The structure is shock resistance designed and tested to ensure the stability of running.
iv. The conveying belts are imported wide type without connections to ensure the conveying stability under high speed.
v. Big volume-adjustable vacuum pump makes the paper conveying stable and accurate
vi. Fast belt changing design-no need to dismount machine wall if belt change is needed

d) Inspection System


i. Inspecting large format with Max. sheet size 1040*780mm and high detection rate.
ii. High speed inspection .The highest speed is 10000 sheets /hour - labor saving.

e) Waste Kicking Part



The waste sheets go into waste collection automatically with pneumatic flap waste kicking device.

f) Delivery Part



It adopts linear guide rail system. The delivery lay can be adjusted easily front and back, left and right according to the sheet size.
Left and right lay is adjustable
Delivery platform is equipped with air suction device for tidy piling.

b) Light Source Selection

Generally there are three type of lights to be equipped with the machine - halogen fiber lamp , fluorescent light and Led lamp. The halogen fiber lamp has good color rendering and whole spectrum. The shortcoming of this is costly and short life span, the specific light length has to be made special to the order of one product. Fluorescent light also has good color rendering and spectrum but illuminance lacking with short life. LED lamp develops fast in recently .It could satisfy design requirement after color balance correcting .Compare with other lights, the LED is better with good stability, long life ,easy customization and so on . If a good control on temperature is made, the life of LED lamp can reach up to several tens of thousands hours
