This disposable mask making machine(mask production line) is a fully automatic one-driven-two mask making machine which adopts the servo and constant temperature control system controlled by PLC.
This disposable mask making machine(mask production line) consists of one mask main body machine and two external ear elastic cord welding machines. After the main body machine outputs the mask body pieces, the mask body pieces will be conveyed to the upender, and the mask pieces will be flipped to the conveyor belt which is connected to the external ear elastic cord welding machines through the upender, and then the mask pieces will be conveyed to two external ear elastic cord welding machines through two different conveyor belts. And then the finished product will be collected.
This mask machine (mask production line) which adopts PLC, touch screen control, single-phase motor for main conveyor belt, stepping motor turning, precise transmission, is very stable. And the speed range is adjustable from 60 pieces/min to 120 pieces/min.
By using this fully automatic disposable face mask making machine (mask production line), only one person can achieve stable production.
