The Mask Machine is an automatic mask making machine to produce the finished face mask, and to weld face mask by ultrasonic .From material feeding for produce face mask blank to welding the ear-loop, the mask machine integrate 1 set face mask bank machine with 2 sets outside ear-loop machine by the mask distribution system, so that improved its automation, after the mask is made, it is transported to the flat belt line through the assembly line for collection
The Mask Machine production line is composed of: 1 set of non-woven fabric feeding machine, 1 set of automatic straightening and cutting of nose bridge ribs, 1 set of mask folding and cutting machine, 1 set of transfer conveyor line, 2 sets of inner ear belt ultrasonic welding machine and 2sets mask discharge conveyor line.

1. Q: How is the after sales service?
A:We provide 1 year Mask Machine guaranty and technical support lifetime for Mask Making Machine. All machine's parts can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken (excluding error operation).
2. Q: Is it difficult to install the machine?
A: The work shop should prepare full facility such as power and air compressor. For the first installation, engineer will be sent to set machine and do the machine training as long as manual instruction. For the further problems come out, we can provide video instruction as well.
3. Q: What's the Mask Machine lead time?
A: For the standard machines, we can delivery within 25 days. If it is customized by customer(OEM), the lead time is 35-55 days.
