SB1000 is a Two-Side-One-Pass Deburring & Edge Rounding Machine.
All interior and exterior contours are all processed. No exceptions!

This SB1000 is designed for deburring and edge rounding all interior and exterior contours effectively in cost and performance.
JonSEN 's SB1000 preserves the galvanized surface or protection film on parts, and only deburrs edges!
In continuous processing for thickness 5/16" (8mm) mild steel, it outputs 6 tons per hour; For galvanized zinc sheets or filmed stainless parts it outputs 1500 Sq. Ft (140 sq. Meter) per hour. All interior and exterior contours are all processed. No exceptions! It consumes a limited amount of abrasive materials.
