Our company is one of the earliest cage manufacter.according to Chinese characteristics of breeding big broiler, creatively improved broiler cage ,increase the height to suit the big broiler, to decrease the width of cage to get better ventilation. Advantage:

1.The length and height of each unit of cages are 1206mm and 500mm , and width is 1620mm .This is more favorable for ventilation and provides more oxygen to birds while ensuring the firmness of cages. The experiences in many large scale companies have proven that our cages system can get more satisfactory feed conversion ratio and survival rate.2.The distance between adjacent leg is 1200mm,such cage have larger bearing capacity and more stronger . the frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure,
C-shape legs are formed of hot galvanized sheets for easy cleaning.3.Feed line with 1 pans and 2 drinking lines with 8 drinkers are set up in each cage. The reasonable configuration ensures that broilers can eat sufficient feeds and drink sufficient water. The height of feeding line and drinking lines can be freely adjusted according to the age of birds.4.Cage bottom adopt raw material plastic floor .the advantage is high intensity,good elasticity,antirus effect, also can improve the cage surface smooth,to avoid the hurt of chicken foot scratch.
We have two types of H frame broiler cage . The main different is on feeding system and birds harvset system .
1). fully automatic with feeding pan system and automatic birds harvest system.
2) fully automatic with feeding trough system and manual birds harvest system .( more economic and more popular )
