The production flow of cassava garri making includes washing and peeling--grinder--(fermentation)--dehydration--frying--sieving--packaging. Besides all machine contact part is stainless steel, which can meet the quality of food production.
Introduction of cassava garri processing line:

1. Lifter, washing and peeling section:
There are several kinds of washing and peeling machine in Sida Machinery, such as paddletype washing and peeing machine, inclined squirrel cage washing and peeling machine, brushing type washing and peeling machine. When the three kinds of washing and peeling machine allbe used, the washing and peeling efficiency will be higher.

2. Cassava Grating section:
The grinding is the most important part of cassava flour extraction.sida adopts advanced cassava primary grinder with high efficiency.
After the cassava slurry can be reached 80-200mesh, and the grinding mesh can be adjustable. the flour extracting rate is about 30%.

3. Dehydration Section:
We use the hydraulic pressing machines to pressing it to make the moisture is lower enough before frying.
Before pressing,you can mix it with the palm oil if you like to make Yellow Garri.
4. Frying Section:
The most important machine is garri processing is the garri frying machine.
For the power type,we have:Gas,Electricity,LPG,Diesel,Wood,Coal and so on,we can design it according to your requirements.

5. Packaging section:
After Frying, the flour moisture is about 13%, then garri can be weight and package into 5-5000g/bag or 5-50kg/bag, the whole operate is easy and saving labors.
