Automatic UHT system is developed according to the sterilizing technological requirement of material. High controlling accuracy to material/water temperature difference guarantees the operation, technic target and material quality surely; In allusion to low acidic material, this UHT system is equipped with highly effective superheated water pre- sterilization system which is reliable and could effectively uses the heat source to reduce energy consumption. At the same time, the intellectualized PLC control avoids complex manual control and the monitoring; Besides that, CIP and SIP system before or after the production can satisfies the cleaning and sterilization to equipment. Through the direct connection between UHT and 3-in-1/4-in-1 filling machine, synchronized control will reduce the degree of second pollution.
