It can be set according to the parameters recommended by the manufacturer, and it can also be adjusted according to the actual production requirements, so that the sprayed products meet the requirements for use.3:FibrogenesisThe filtered clean melt must pass through the filter screen and then be evenly fed into the spinneret to make the extrusion amount of each spinneret uniform. If the ejection amount is significantly reduced or the normal extrusion amount cannot be reached, Shut down to check whether there is a failure, check whether the filter screen is clogged, and troubleshoot the problem in time to avoid damaging the extrusion equipment. When the problem of the extruding machine is eliminated, the filter plate of the spinneret can be inspected, and the holes on the filter plate can be observed for any debris that does not normally flow the melt. The fibers are pulled out of the melt by the crosswind, the glue is extruded from the spinneret, and then cooled to form the fibers.4:Form networkThe melt is sprayed on the web forming machine, and the web is collected by the conveyor belt. The distance from the spinneret to the web is installed according to the manufacturer's recommended distance. The speed of the web machine can be adjusted according to the actual production standards. The faster the speed, the web forming The thinner the thickness; the slower the speed, the thicker the netted fibers. The larger the distance from the nozzle to the web forming machine, the more elastic and soft the formed cloth is, and the better the quality is, but easy have flying fibers.5:Electrostatic buildupElectrostatic electret passes through an electrostatic device after forming a net, so that the melt-blown non woven fabric is electrostatically attached. PM2.5 particles and other isolation mainly through two ways: mechanical blocking and electrostatic adsorption. Among them, the mechanical barrier mainly uses the small pores of the mask fiber filter material to block the invasion of bacteria and viruses, but this mechanical barrier effect is very poor in filtering particles with a particle size of less than 1 μm, and it cannot play a purification role. Therefore, to improve the filtration efficiency of the mask melt-blown filter material, it can be achieved by increasing the electrostatic adsorption capacity of the mask. To increase the electrostatic adsorption capacity of masks, melt-blown non-woven filter materials are required for electret treatment. After electret treatment, a large amount of electrostatic charges will be carried on the fiber surface, and the use of electrostatic adsorption to capture fine particles can enhance filtration efficiency without increasing respiratory resistance.6:Cutting and windingThere is winding equipment at the end of the production line. The formed melt-blown non-woven fabric is cut and rolled into a size required for packaging. Rewinding has a tension control device, so that the coiled material can always maintain a stable rewinding state. Before the rewinding, a slitting knife can be provided to remove the edge material to meet the packaging specifications. Of course, it can also be cut to the size of the product. The distance between the cutters is the width of the non-woven fabric. This interval can be adjusted, can be adjusted according to production needs, and the number of cutters can be arranged.
