Scope of application
This machine can apply for various folding packing of tube. It is suitable for either plastic pipe or metal tube by changing mold parts, which is quite easy. It is an ideal aluminum tube, plastic tube or composite tube filling and sealing packing machine for daily chemical factories, pharmaceutical factories, food factories and adhesive factories.
Features:
Adopting both LCD programming controller and knobs for operation panel, allows the equipment stepless speed regulation, parameter settings, output statistics, pressure indication, fault display and other operating conditions, make the operation simple and humanization.
Fully automatic complete the whole process from tube supply, color code checking, inert gas filling (optional), filling, sealing, laser printing, finished product exporting.
The high precision calibration system reduces the color difference range between the tube and the color code.
External adjustment parts, digital display of position, quick and accurate adjustment (suitable for multi-specification and multi-variety production).
Motor, light, electricity, gas integration; no tube no filling, automatic display (alarm) if tube is not in place or air low pressure; the safety gate function can automatically stop the machine when open the protective door.
