Working principle
The palletizing line has a set of empty pallet dispenser, see chart. The empty pallets are inputted by forklift into empty pallet dispenser, when one pallet is stacked, the palletizing conveyor transport the stacked pallet to conveyor for forklift, the cylinder below the empty pallet dispenser controlled by the middle seal valve, jacking the pallet in pallet dispenser and discharged it one by one. The pallet will be transported to palletizing conveyor. This kind of circular work can save time of pallet placing, and also guarantee the safety of operation.

22 Empty pallet conveyor
Working principle
The palletizing line has a set of empty pallet conveyor, see chart. The empty pallet conveyor send the empty pallet out, use the stopper cylinder to locate it, and make a preparation for the pallet transported to the reversing empty pallet conveyor. This empty pallet conveyor adopt bi-patch chain to transmit, so the operation is stable,safe and reliable.

3Change direction empty pallet conveyor
Working principle
The palletizing line has a set of Change direction empty pallet conveyor, see chart. The empty pallet conveyor transport the empty pallet from pallet dispenser to the change direction empty pallet conveyor, and use mechanical limit to locate the empty pallet and make a preparation for the following direction changing. The machine use double-pitch chain to conveyor which is stable and safety.

4 Change direction conveyor
Working principle
The palletizing line ha a set of Change direction conveyor, see chart. When the empty pallet transported to the Change direction conveyor, the conveyor detect the signals by photoelectric and send it to PLC drive solenoid valve action, then the Change direction conveyor is jacked up by two cylinders and the motor drives the conveyor to transport the empty pallet to palletizing conveyor and palletizing robot starts to stack.

5Palletizing conveyor
Working principle

The palletizing line has a set of palletizing conveyor, see chart. After empty pallet transported to palletizing conveyor and detected by photoelectric, signal is sent to PLC, and PLC drive magnetic valve action, pallet limit board is hold up by cylinder and locates the empty pallet, palletizing robot starts to stack.

6 Full-pallet conveyor
Working principle
1The palletizing line has a set of full pallet conveyor, see chart. The pallet with bags are transported to full pallet conveyor after palletizing conveyor; the full pallet conveyor can pre-store a stack of products, in order to leave valid working time for the former palletizing and latter forking.

7 Unloading Conveyor
Working principle.
1,The palletizing line has a set of unloading conveyor, with 2000mm long, 1300mm wide and 680mm high and it's unpowered. Due to the palletizing conveyor and full pallet conveyor is powered and so can transparent pallet with products to the unloading conveyor.
The unloading conveyor adopt unpowered steel roller, with low friction. Such design can reduce cost effectively, and the products are steady, reliable and durable.
8Forklift limit
Working principle
The palletizing line has sets of forklift limit, see chart, it is 1600mm long, 350mm wide and 100mm high. The forklift limit is used for empty pallet dispenser and unloading conveyor, use the forklift limit to limit the place of forklift can avoid empty pallet dispenser and unloading conveyor to be crashed by forklift or broken; Use the forklift limit also can locate the position of pallet when put pallets into pallet dispenser, protect the safety of operation and improve the working efficiency.
