Application:
This kind of machine can pack kinds of powder material, such as coffee powder, milk powder, drink powder etc. The process of powder filling, measuring, bag forming, sealing, cutting, counting all can be done automatically.
Features:
1. GMP standard. 304 stainless steel machine body and stainless steel parts which contacts with the product.
2. For filling pwder, we use special leakage proof technology and straight screw auger filling system, straight auger inside pipe extends and fills powder into bag bottom directly. This assures that there is no any raising powder dust in the sealing area, assures the bag sealing margin is very clean and airtight. Screw auger also make sure an accurate filling volume. You can adjust the volume on touch screen.
3. The filling head is flexible and movable by adjusting the handle wheel, it's very convenient for machine adjustment and daily cleaning work.
4. The filling system is driven by Panasonic servo motor, servo motor is with accurate angle adjusting and highest precision. It make sure the powder filling is more stable and accurate.
5. For packing powder type material, we use unique designed side sealing system and whole bag forming device, it assures the bag sealing is very smooth and flat.
6. All sealing parts are with Oxide Black, which can meet with Euro standard. Also the side direction sealing structure cna protect the inside powders not be melt and heated during the sealing.
7. Attractive and new design.
(1) The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags.
(2) There are double easy tears in side direction, abgs are very easy to tear and open, it's very convenient.
The machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the powder sprinkling.
8. The machine main motor is Panasonic servo motor with good features, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, high starting torque and easy maintenance and easy to operate.
9. Easy manipulation. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen with PLC system, touch screen can be set up in many languages, and PLC system can store a large number of data for machine performance.
10 THe machine now using the temperature control module to instead of the temperature meter, it's not easily to broken and you can adjust the temperature on the touch screen.
