Flotation&settler are efficient wastewater treatment equipment for water clarification.
The method of flotation by dissolving air in the water under pressure and then releasing the pressure. When the pressure is released the solution becomes supersaturated with air as millions of small bubbles form. These bubbles attach to any particles in the water causing their density to become less or more than that of water. The particles then rapidly float to the surface for collection and removal, some of heavy particles sink by plate lamella ,leaving the clarified water behind.
JYW-Clarifier used in Corresponding water quality as follow :
high SS, and the specific gravity of suspended solids or contaminants is generally slight greater than water, like: oil and Fats, Food Industry effluents with high solids concentration, Sludge Thickening, Galvanizing Electro, Pharmaceutical , Leather Industry, etc.
The JYW-Clarifier's compact form can be easily fitted in existing sewage treatment plants that allow other facilities to benefit from its advantages making it the easiest and most economical solution to all water cleaning needs.
This clarifier is especially suitable for urban sewage pretreatment ,because it is also delivers a very efficient amount of oxygen to the water , transferring 15-35 m3 of oxygen per hour, enabling the microbes to have a good source of oxygen.
