Overview:

GX-2-2S water & emulsion rotatory integrated filling machine is composed of blowing and suction unit, filling unit, inner plug pressing unit, capping unit, clamping unit and other components. Adopt the working methods of manual bottle feeding, automatic blowing and suction, automatic filling, manual inner plug feeding, automatic inner plug pressing, manually cap feeding, automatic capping, and automatic bottle clamping. The equipment has a small footprint and is equipped with an adjustable bottle mold, suitable for variable shape of products.

Functions and features:

1,2 sets of Japan imported anion generators and electrostatic dedusting systems.

2.The servo motor is used for filling with high accuracy. The filling speed can be adjusted to achieve different speed filling for different materials, which effectively solves the problem of material foaming.

3,Especially for easy foaming products, servo motors are used for immersible filling to reduce foam and increase productivity.

4,The whole machine is equipped with two sets of filling systems. adopt a cart-type design. All the valve connection parts are quickly disassembled by the quick loading mechanism, which is convenient for customers to change production quickly.
