Automatic auto spray for cold chamber die casting machine (160t-3000t).
1. Main parts and electric components are imported from other countries (JAPAN NSKbearing, JAPAN SMC or JAPAN CKD solenoid and cylinder, USA ACE bumper, JAPAN CKD filter) to ensurelow failure rate and long service life of machine.
2. The application of rotary joints makes the movement curve of air pipe and water pipe more reasonable. The filter is adopted to eliminate the impurity in the mixed fluid, by which the fault rate of equipment is reduced and the service life will be extended.
3. Not only can it be automatically work independently, but also can be connected with die-casting machine, Ladling Unit and extraction machine to become an integral part of full automatic equipment.
4. The spray time, spray amount and blowing time to static mould or moveable mould can be adjusted separately, so the dope is saved and the casting quality is improved.
5. Can blow air at the time of that the machine goes up after the completion of operation to remove the dirt on the mould surface and to keep the mould surface clean.
6. The dosage of mould release agent is adjustable.
7. The up/down speed is much stable. The speed can be decelerated during rapid falling, which will extend the service life of dumper. The up/down speed can be adjusted. The anti-falling device can prevent the spray nozzle from falling in case of that the compressed air source is shut off.
8. The intermediate spray can be added in accordance with the requirements of customers, by which two kinds of mould release agents can be applied to enhance the mould release effect.
9. Equipped with English HMI, it is easy to setup all parameters, the machine can be monitored in real time and the faults can be displayed after self-diagnosis, so it is convenient for operation or maintenance.
