Product Application
Currently, the Sanitary Full Automatic CIP Cleaning System is widely applied in industries that have high requirements for cleaning
such as biological fermentation, pharmacy, etc, so as to achieve the sanitary and aseptic effect.
Working Principle
The cleaning liquid is automatically prepared by the CIP cleaning system through setting the program (adjustable program). The whole
cleaning process including the conveying of cleaning liquids, return flow and circulation cleaning, discharging and recovery is completed
through the pneumatic control valve, liquid conveying pump and liquid return pump. Automatic cleaning in place is realized through the
control system consisting of the conductivity detector and PLC touch screen.

Cotrol Function
The whole cleaning work is automatically executed by pre-setted cleaning procedure, the operator just need to select which equipment to
be cleaned and the on/off of the cleaning procedure.
1. Detecting the liquid level of each tank.
2. Automatic feeding of water and acid/alkali liquor.
3. Control of heating temperature.
4. On/off control of all automatic valves and pumps.
5. Operation condition online display.
6. Automatically stop and alarm if fault.
7. Historical data records and queries.
8. Estimation of clean-up performance through online conductivity metering.
9. Detection of returned cleaning liquor pressure, estimation of liquor cut-off or not.
Detailed Control Process
Preparatory Stage
1. Cut off electricity or system off, all valves in off condition.
2. Turn on the electricity, the panel will show welcome interface, enter the operation interface.
3. Parameters display: tank temperature, liquid level, cleaning conductivity, cleaning pressure, cleaning temperature.
4. Setting parameters: setting the figure of tank high level alarm and low level alarm, setting cleaning time, setting inner tank constant cleaning
temperature, setting high pressure alarm figure.
Setting the equipment needed to be cleaned
The valve shifting board shall show the position of the equipment needed to be cleaning, then connect the liquor supply pipes with equipment.
Automatic Cleaning
1. Circulating of cleaning liquor.
2. Turn on the pneumatic valve and pump.
3. Record the cleaning liquor pressure P4, temperature T4, conductivity C4.
Cleaning using drinking water or cleaned water
1. Observe the conductivity of returned cleaning liquor, to adjust whether the liquor shall be recycled or not.
2. Turn on the valve, store the returned liquor, when reaching the required level, turn on the pump.
3. Record the cleaned water pressure, temperature T8, conductivity C8.
4. When the temperature reaching T8 within required time, turn off the valve and pump.
Compressed air back flushing, detect the pressure to check whether the flushing finished or not.
