Main feature:
The machine is suitable for stranding bare aluminum, copper, aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to produce the following power cables, sector shaped conductors, round compacted, single core prespiralled.
Reels are arranged quartering around the cages. The central shaft does not support the weight of reels. The equipment has high rigidity, high-powered, low moment of interia, high speed.
It is driven by 36-stage gear-box. The two wheels of the double wheel capstan are overhung position supported o shafts. One wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out.
Each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector, allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire. Insuring to repair the broken wire. The machine is especially suitable for manufactruing power cable and cross-linked cable.
