BOPP VELVET MATTRE THERMAL LAMINATING FILM
BOPP velvet matte thermal film is coated on one side with a thermo-bonding adhesive. It can be laminated thanks to a thermal process, giving special velvet touching to the printout. This film is particularly useful for luxury packages, high class book covers and other artistic printings.
Comparing with the ordinary matte film, Velvet matte film has the advantages as follows:
1. Well anti-scratch characteristic.
2. Keep the color well, special laminating on large solid printings
3. As smooth as silk, like velvet to the skin.
4. High haze and special matt effect

Temperature: Normal: 85-100 degree
Special: 100-110 degree
Roller Pressure: 10-18Mpa
Speed: 8-50m/min
