The belt cooler is the main equipment in the sintering system of the steel plant. It is arranged behind the sintering machine and the crusher, and is used for the cooling of the sinter. The single toothed roller crusher adopts the inner channel water cooling system, all closed rolling bearing, gear roller arranged in spiral shape, reducing energy consumption, convenient maintenance, long life and so on.
The belt cooling machine is divided into draught zone cooling and blast belt cooling from the ventilation mode. The belt cooling machine is mainly composed of chain, trolley, transmission device, tightening device, sealing device and exhaust fan.
The average temperature of sinter discharged from sintering machine is as high as 750 degrees Celsius. The direct entry of such sinter into the blast furnace will reduce the life of the sinter transportation equipment, the blast furnace tank, the weighing vehicle and the top equipment, and also make the working environment worse. While the cold mine enters the blast furnace smelting, in addition to overcoming the above shortcomings, it can reduce the coke ratio and improve the utilization system. Therefore, the belt cooler is widely used in the sintering plant.
