The Role of Forklift Diesel Engine Valve Rocker Arm:
The forklift diesel engine valve rocker are cooperates with the camshaft to open and close in time to complete the intake and exhaust. The number of rocker arms required varies according to the number of engine cylinders, and is composed of intake and exhaust rocker arms, the rocker shaft, the rocker seat, and the oil inlet joint etc. Each cylinder corresponds to two valves (that is, one intake valve and one exhaust valve), so this set of rocker arm assembly corresponds to a total of eight valves (four intake valves and four exhaust valves).
Common Problems of Forklift Diesel Engine Valve Rocker Arm Is Broken, Possible reason is as following:
1. Valve clearance is too small
2. The valve guide is not pressed deep enough, which is too long above the plane of the cylinder head, causing the spring seat to hit the top of the valve guide when it is opened, and at the same time, one end of the rocker arm is forced to be pushed down by the cam shaft. The effect caused the valve rocker arm to break.
3. The depth of the valve head plane sinking into the cylinder plane is not enough. When the valve is opened, the valve collides with the piston, causing the rocker arm to break.
