Magnetic starter is composed of steel, steel plate stamping shell, AC contactor, thermal relay and the corresponding wiring structure, should be used with start stop button switch, and the right hand control signal cable connection. When the start button is pressed, the coil of the AC contactor is arranged in the electric magnetic starter, armature drives the contact group closed, connected with electric appliances (usually a motor) power supply, also through the auxiliary contact self-locking. Press the stop button, the internal AC contactor coil power loss, off contact, cut off electric power and unlock.
According to different control need, magnetic starter can be flexible connection, realize its move, change equals function. The thermal relay overload protection provided by the built-in control of the motor current setting heat relay should be consistent with the motor power needs.
Magnetic starter is starting total pressure directly, using the direct starting the full pressure of the case are allowed in the power grid capacity and load two. Manipulation of advantage is easy to control, simple maintenance, and economic comparison. Mainly used for small power motor starting, the motor should not be greater than 11kw with this method.
