BLG-8030 FRP Hydraulic Pressure Pultrusion Line is an automated and continuous making pultrusion line, integrated with hydrulic pressure to-and-fro traction and air cut-off, controled by PLC.
The entire line is composed of shaping platform, to-and-fro haul off machine, cutting saw and control system. It is applicable to plutrude profiled products such as bars, pipes, angle bars, U-steel, cable tray with uniform section.
Equipment characterstic:
1. The temperature is controled by double display apparatus with high stability.
2. The traction speed is data displayed.
3. The hydraulic cylinder sealing is imported and the hydraulic pressure system is used dual pump hydraulic pressure components which is also imported.
4. The oil temperature and oil level automated-warning is available, and the oil heater can aslo be installed.
5. The hydrulic pressure traction device supplys different alternative working styles. The traction speed is infinitely variable controled.
6. The machine is adopted circular saw blade for cross cutting, air-drive compaction, air-drive tracking.
