Using advanced self-designed meltblown production equipment, we can produce high quality meltblown fabric of 100% Polypropylene, also called PP meltblown filter media . We supply filter media for face masks andrespirators, which are divided into two main applications: surgical use and labor-protective use. Our media for surgical masks meet to EN14683, BFE 99% above, and we have NELSON BFE certificate. The filter media can be used to manufacture face mask orrespirators.

New Technology Introduction:
The main principle of product development is to use a nano-fiber microporous film in the middle filter element of the mask, with a thickness not exceeding 3 microns, waterproof and breathable, and the initial filtering performance of particulate matter exceeds 99%. "High breathability + imperviousness" is the outstanding characteristic of this mask. It is understood that this mask is environmentally friendly and anti-corrosive, and can withstand repeated disinfection treatments such as boiling water, alcohol, and 84 disinfectant, and its performance remains stable.
