LGZS26012 4-axis CNC gantry machining center is a special mechatronic equipment to meet rail transit aluminum
profile and all kinds of industrial aluminum processing. It has the feature of strong rigidity and high working speed.
The spindle got large torque at both high and low speed, it can work very effectively. And a special design was made
to adapt the length characteristic of rail transit aluminum profiles, the machine can highly effectively work with
working parts at max length of 26m.

Machine Features

1. Applicable for processing hole, slot, contour shape and other complex procedures of rail transit aluminum profile
and all kinds of industrial aluminum profile; it has the function of milling, drilling, boring and etc.

2. With cutting tool cooling spray system to ensure reliable operation and precision of machine.

3. Equipped with 24 groups of movable and adjustable auto clamping units, in order to ensure the safety and high
repetitive precision.

4. Equipped with electrical box air conditioner to improve the reliability and service life of electrical components.

5. Equipped with safety protection devices, ensuring the safety of the operators.

6. Adopting high-speed electric principal axis (imported from Italy), which equipped with four servo control axis
to complete more complex four axis linkage processing

7. Adopting movable gantry structure layout, reduce land area covered and increase whole machine flexibility and
structure rigidity.

8. Adopting genuine Siemens CNC system and servo motor, and equipping with high quality ball screw, precision
rack and linear guide rail to ensure the high machine accuracy and reliability
