1.The machine adopts FANUC CNC system and servo motors.
2.The main dive adopts combination of big power spindle servo motor and German ZF two range transmission to increase spindle speed range and output toque for theavy load cutting.
3.THK cross roller beaings are selected for spindle bearings.Their inner diameter reaches Φ500mm so that the spindle system is of high rigidity and suitable for machining large work pleces and asymmetric parts.
4.The cross rall can be moved up and down at will.Clamping and releasing of the cross rail are effected by machanical(springs) and hydraulic respectively.The operation is easy and reliable.
5.X/Z axisadopt symmetric box type rectangular guldes which are supersonlic frequency hardened.
6.Automatic timely lubrication system is designed for the machine.
