FLOUR MIXER
This Machine is used to crumples up flour powder and water into dough or other materials


One time shaped into unripe biscuit, all kinds of middle and high grade biscuit and thin biscuit through three stages roller and roller cutting molds.


It will convey the mixed / processed dough to the moulding machine, then after mixing into a dough, then baking though the oven to get ,a loose ,delicious crispy biscuit


TUNNEL OVEN
It is used to dry printed biscuits. Frequency inverters control cabinet makes more accurate temperature controlling and wider temperate regulate range


OIL SPRAY MACHINE
It is used for spaying oil on the surface of the baked biscuit. Make the biscuit surface color equally, and better taste.


COOLING CONVEYOR
Oil-spraying finished biscuits are cooled through this conveyor belt


BISCUIT SANDWICHING MACHINE
It is suitable for jam stuffing, butter stuffing,2-layer and 2-color stuffing etc

Packing Delivery
First, the brown rice is fed to rice polisher through screw head. the surface of the rice grain is polished by friction under a certain pressure and temperature. Through the polishing treatment, not only the floating surface of the rice grain can be cleared, but also the starch is pregelatinized and gelatinized on the surface of the rice starch, and the starch gelatinization makes up for cracks, thereby obtaining the smooth appearance, improving the storage life of the rice, therefore polished rice is very necessary.
